There’s a patch of clover next to the barn hydrant that’s gleaming with new green. And with a closer look, good luck was found in the center.

A four-leaf clover is considered good luck because it is a rare sight. This special plant is also the emblem for 4-H, with the leaves symbolizing living with your head, heart, hands, and health.

Ruminants like eating clover, so if there’s a good mix of it in the pastures this summer, they will be very happy!
