Autumn Approaches

On beautiful weather and visiting sheep.

Cool mornings, cerulean skies, and walnut leaves twirling downward refresh the farm. Autumn approaches!

Our Hillside Sheep, Goats, and Llamas trotted down the ridge when I opened the netting for a new paddock with fresh grass on Saturday.

Before they galloped through the gap, they stopped to say hi. Here's Stella at the front of the flock. Hard to believe she was once small enough to fit in my arms and featured on the front page of the Indianapolis Star!

It's been a good summer. The lambs look good, the llamas that joined our farm over the last few months are doing well, and we're excited for fall!

Thanks for Reading!

And I hope you feel refreshed and rejuvenated for the week ahead with this moment preserved in picture and prose. Consider:
